How much weight will I lose?
The truth is I don’t know how much you’ll lose and nobody knows. I would be liar or a fool if I guaranteed a certain number of pounds. It would be like a teacher telling you that if you attend every class and study, then you will definitely get an A. Maybe you’ll only do some of what I tell you to do or maybe you just lose weight slower or hopefully faster than most people. Yes, you will lose fat and get in great shape forever and we will do it with minimal interruption to your life.
